Dear Heligone,
Well, after what I think is my most arduous work on some text in several years, I finally got my first post out.
I talk a little about you too.

I hope you got my last reply to your comments.

I talked about the LEDs and computer visual object recognition.
I also replied that I need a little more time to present the new developments I there were in the subjects. Making this first post took a really long time. I wasn’t expecting for that.
I actually broke down my introduction into two parts so I could post earlier. It was already taking two full days of work.
The second part should be easier since its mostly done. But I am prioritizing the new subject, so if the second part takes too long I will skip it until I post on the news.
And thanks again for spreading the word about walkingdroplet.com on your tumblr. I’m really eager to to read about your developments soon !
Dear Heligone,
My new article is here!

I also notice your makeover of the blog! It looks great! The website description sentence is beautifully placed. That sliding bar with the recent articles, their pictures and descriptions is phenomenal. You were very tasteful and skillful to make this, congratulations.
I only miss a little box section with your scholarly materials. That I think is a very important to be visible and accessible on the front page, it gives the your whole work great value. I also suggest you to write more about the experiments and some reviews about the academic papers, no matter how raw or tentative, it shows visitors some of your own ideas.
Do you have an email I can reach you from time to time? If you can sent a quick message to the one I used to post so I can have your email I would appreciate.
I hope your week is being productive and joyful,
Peace
Daniel
Dear Daniel,
Your recent post has made me discover the work of Robert Brady, and I thank you for that, because it is very interesting …and furthermore related to my own workshop experiments đ
I have not yet fully understood how he can relate its “sonon” to Couder’s Walking droplet, but I will try and study more.
It has given me the idea to try and build a sonon generator machine, inspired by the way doplhins do … Maybe in a few years because I have still many things to do with droplets.
I also appreciate your encouragment and advice about my blog, which I surely will follow … Slowly by slowly.
About the links to scholarly materials, they are still available at the “bibliography” link in the menu bar. I also plan to write more, like reviews of article, but as you may know, this is very time consuming … đ
Check your inbox for my email
Amicalement
Heligone
Dear Heligone,
You are welcome for the points on the work of Robert Brady.
Your idea about an experimental sonon device is amazing! Of course your work with the droplets should continue, they are of great importance.
Brady talks about the sonon and the walking droplet correspondent properties in his presentation at Warwick. He displays the report on Yves Couder from his TV appearance and then talks about that: http://youtu.be/fmzRqAi2cDs?t=9m2s
About the Bibliography link, I was thinking you should put a little box with the specific articles titles. It doesn’t have to be big. The same size as the Categories box would be good. Thats what I meant and I think it will be worth it because it gives skeptical people direct access to scientific literature and shows Yves original work as a established scientist from which you drew inspiration.
To ease up the work on writing things, I think you could write some blurbs, short sentences and ideas, in similar fashion of lecture notes, nothing fancy. And then publish those on a special feed on your blog, or going as the text for your video posts, so that readers have little peek on whats on your mind.
I am really looking forward for how you plan to replicate the walking droplet double slit experiment. And your videos are also becoming much more visually attractive, keep it up.
sincerely yours,
Daniel
